Perhaps that is exactly what young, second-generation Christians think when we release standard Christian verbiage whilst teaching or talking to them. Growing up with such jargon numbs and dumbs — to the point where it even becomes a passing phrase. And phase.

Way too much has been spoken and not taught. Lessons have been taught but not caught. Model answers need to be modeled. Yet sometimes, it is necessary that models need to speak and not just mutely do....

(Too much wordplay in a post heh, but! Just some thoughts that floated in whilst preparing lesson for Sunday. Teaching is such a heavy burden... Lord help me.)
