it's times like these, seeing how weak and sinful i am, that brings me to my knees.
and when i'm on my knees, i know naught but to cry out to the Father for help
yet how do i stay on my knees, and not wallow in weakness and sin —
because the Father has also empowered me, and desires for me to do His will?

how do i hold on to the Father's hand whilst i enjoy the freedom He's given?
how do i stay on my knees whilst i run with the legs He's created?
how do i remain humble whilst enjoying knowing that i am using what He's gifted me with for His glory?
how do i live, knowing that it is all "already but not yet", yet but not already?

Lord have mercy.
